After finishing a Master’s in Human Rights at UCL and becoming a full time Resolver team member, Alex uses his experience in customer service roles and belief in the importance of rights-based work to make sure our users get the most out of their experience with Resolver.
Having done many long-haul flights back to his hometown of Kuala Lumpur in his life, his favourite customer service experience was the unexpected upgrade to Business class he got when travelling as an unaccompanied minor. Now that he’s fully grown, he’s found a decline in this kind of luck.
