Fran met Founder James aged 16 when she used to babysit his children. Fourteen years later she is leading Resolver Customer Service department!
With customer service at the heart of our company, Fran is dedicated to providing a positive and supported work environment for her team, affectionately known as her ‘CS wizards’. Drawing from experience in retail management and counselling training she ensures Resolver users are looked after in the best way possible.
After her friend sprained his ankle on the last night of a holiday, they took him to JFK airport 8 hours before their Virgin Atlantic flight was due to depart. When she helped check him in the desk staff realised the situation and put them onto a much earlier departure and upgraded the seat so she had extra leg room and a row of 3 to herself!
