Inan holds a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Since relocating to London in 2007, he started a new career in marketing. His first role was with Careerjet LTD where he worked as an Online Business Developer.
After leaving Careerjet he worked for various companies ranging from start-ups to large organisations. He gained experience in wide range of sectors throughout his career and joined Resolver in Jan 2017. Inan is also a photographer and loves riding motorbikes. Inan has been running websites for over 20 years.
Favourite customer service experience
It’s got to be with Barcelo Hotel in Tenerife. The room was not as advertised and we encountered some significant problems which ruined our first two days of stay. Eventually after a few complaints we were offered a better room, free romantic dinner and also spa entry. I believe many people are facing same type of issues and not asking for their rights which is not doing favour to anyone. Know your rights, be brave, be polite and ask for it.
