Jeff is our Product Manager. He makes sure that Resolver builds products that people need and want to use.
Jeff’s favourite customer service experience of all time came when the internet connection on his iPhone suddenly failed. He had tried everything to get it working – and was incredibly angry at his phone, the cruel twist of fate that had left him sans signal, and the world at large. Three’s customer service rep, however, remained calm throughout the call, calmly identified the problem and restored Jeff’s internet connection. That’s the power of a truly great customer service rep.
