Meg is a project manager here at Resolver, delivering value-add projects in a happy team environment.
Meg’s favourite customer service experience of all time came when she bought her wedding make-up at Nars. Being (in her words) a total make-up novice and after previous awful make up counter experiences, she nervously rocked up to Nars with no appointment and was warmly greeted by the manager, who immediately fitted her in for a consultation. The manager then actually listened to what Meg was looking for and delivered, giving her plenty of tips and guidance along the way – the total opposite of all other previous experiences.
My previous roles have been with large corporate organisations and I really wanted to change that up and experience other ways of working. I’ve always championed an empowered, happy team and as soon as I walked through the doors at Resolver that’s the exactly what I felt here. I’m super excited to be part of the growing Resolver team.
