Nick is the product manager for Resolver’s business application, Helper. He relishes the challenge of ensuring that the product delivers as much value as quickly as possible to all our business users.
The more supportive Helper is to businesses in resolving their customers’ issues, the better the overall customer experience.
Nick has a varied background, working for the last 7 years as a business analyst for companies big and small in delivering all kinds of business change – from a multi-million pound property system overhaul at M&S to bringing in a new product management application at the toy company that makes Etch-a-Sketch (yup, it’s still going). Before that he’d juggled being a supply chain analyst, actor and theatre company director. Sometimes all at the same time.
Favourite Customer Service Experience
Many moons ago Nick had signed up to O2 broadband when moving into a new flat. Through no fault of their own they were unable to provide the service for the first couple of weeks (something to do with a company that sets up all telephone connections in the UK). Without Nick asking, they immediately refunded the 2 weeks’ worth of service, and he’s been a loyal customer ever since!
