Tom is Resolver’s Head of Product. He drives our product strategy forward, keeping Resolver ahead of the game.
Tom’s favourite customer experience was when he used Resolver to complain to British Airways. This was before I joined, and was a great test of the service before committing to the job! Resolver and BA made the process really simple to manage, and resulted in an apology from BA and a commitment to improve their processes going forward. [Editor’s note: Tom is not under duress – he really does love Resolver this much!]
