Welcoming new faces and ensuring scalability

Resolver is growing!

We’re delighted to announce both a series of new hires and some important changes to our system.

New faces

First of all, we’re delighted to welcome a host of new faces to the Resolver team.

On the product team, we welcome our new Product Managers, Sofia and Shamim. Sofia and Shamim will be working to deliver some exciting new projects – more on this in the future.

On the engineering front, a warm welcome to Simeon and Chris! Simeon joins us as a Ruby on Rails Developer, while Chris will be working with our extensive dataset as a Data Scientist. As Resolver continues to expand, it’s vital we’re ahead of the game when it comes to our tech – and Chris and Simeon will help keep us at the forefront of the sector.

In addition, we make two valuable additions to the sales team in the form of John and Michael. John joins us a Business Engagement Manager, while Michael joins as Lead Consultant. Both bring a wealth of expertise, and we’re excited to be working with them.

Last but not least, we’re delighted to welcome Harry and Kelsey to the team. Harry has joined us as a Customer Support Agent, making sure Resolver’s users have access to all the information they need to get their voices heard, while Kelsey is our new People & Office Manager.

Growth and scalability

As Resolver continues to grow, we know that it’s paramount that we maintain the integrity of our product. This is why we’ve embarked on a number of projects to ensure scaleability. Most recently, we’ve overhauled our database architecture, restructuring it to allow us to expand in a stable and scalable way. Look out for more news on this in the future!
