How does Resolver make money?
Resolver is a completely free service for consumers to use. We do not display any adverts and we will not try to sell you any services. Our view is that we should treat everyone how we ourselves would want to be treated.
We work with organisations that are focused on delivering a better experience for their customers. These organisations promote Resolver to their customers – giving them a simple, guided route to raise their complaint. This standardised process helps companies deal with complaints faster and more effectively. We also use the insight that we learn to help organisations improve their services. We never use any personal data, but use trends to help work out how organisations can improve. By doing this we can ensure we all receive better services.
How easy is it to add companies / update company details?
We are adding companies to the Resolver service all the time. If you would like to add your company to the service, please email us on email@example.com from your business address and we will add you to our system.
If you think there is something wrong with the escalation procedure for your company, or would like to know precisely what the escalation procedure is for your company, then please email us from your business email address. We will happily explain the Resolver process in more detail and will work with you to ensure it is aligned with your procedures. Email firstname.lastname@example.org. Do you work on behalf of consumers?
Resolver is a free service that helps consumers to be more effective at complaining. We do not take a percentage of any outcome. Unlike a claims management company we do not act on behalf of consumers. Resolver empowers consumers to enable them to get their voice heard and their issues resolved.
